Dear Morehouse Alumni,

The Office of Admissions and Recruitment is proud to introduce the Maroon Blazer Alumni Recruitment Program, an initiative that empowers Morehouse alumni to become official ambassadors of the College and help recruit the next generation of Men of Morehouse.

As a Maroon Blazer, you will serve as an extension of the Admissions team by representing Morehouse College throughout your community, attending college fairs, connecting with prospective students and families, assisting with recruitment events, and sharing your personal Morehouse story.

Our alumni are our greatest advocates. Your experiences, wisdom, and commitment to excellence inspire young men to see themselves at Morehouse. Together, we can ensure that the legacy of producing leaders continues for generations to come.

Maroon Blazer Responsibilities

• Serve as an official representative of the Office of Admissions and Recruitment.

• Attend college fairs, community events, and recruitment programs as assigned.

• Engage prospective students and families by sharing your Morehouse experience.

• Support admissions yield and recruitment initiatives throughout the enrollment cycle.

• Participate in monthly professional development and enrollment strategy training.

• Maintain professionalism while representing the College.

• Submit brief event reports after each recruitment activity.
